It is accessible by boat transfer ( 1 hour boat from Belombre Jetty) or 15 minuts helicopter ride ! When you arrive on the Island you will pass through the old village of La Pass dated 19th century was  build by the Dauban's familly and the the Plantation House is now use as a Creole Restaurant.  93% of Silhouette Island is a national park dedicated to environmental protection  you can find a large variety of endemic species of vegetation (incense trees) and lots of animals ( giant tortoise some are over 120 years old and the famous sheaf-tailed bat) ...
